I'm so proud of the Graffiti! ;A; (reference for the green letters: [link], rest i did by myself) And of the skateboard design =3 you can see it's meant to be a skateboard, right?
Qustion: "Why are there that damn disturbing camera lines in the foreground?!" Answer: simple, BECAUSE I WANT IT LIKE THAT!
A YAY for perspective!
Characters: Cayla (the vixen in the background) and Eske, the dog, first time drawn digital and in coulour!perhaps, just maybe some might remember i had a poll about that name once. no? meh, whatever
I personally love how this picture looks! Its obvious that you were going for a photoshoot type of image here, and I think you hit that dead on! His hand and how it blurs a little adds so much to the motion that is being created here. The graffiti helps set the scene well. And it is well done too! It doesn't stand out as other than being on the wall behind them, which is exactly as it should be. Actually, it really doesn't have a dull spot at all. Normally, that just makes it seem to busy, but it works really well here~
There are only a couple issues that I can see. Cayla just standing there. Those blue eyes and how they seem to glow is just a little too eerie for me personally, and she doesn't seem to fit in that well. The camera lines should have been something a little more noticeable probably white. Them being only black when they are on a mostly dark background only makes it tough to realize what is going on.
This is still FAR better than I can do digitally, and I love seeing your pictures spamming my inbox
This picture looks awesome and I approve of his actions of skating with a knife in his hand (because that's just the way I am) the graffiti in the background looks totally awesome, also you know how you said that you messed up oh his arm right? Well I didnt even notice it until I read that. (not typing in German because I'm to freaking tired and it's too much work)
YES! You refered to the Character as a 'she' o3o I was wondering if Eske really looked all male, cause I actually indended to leave the gender unknown to to everyone xD
Now that I look back at it, I could have get her sex wrong if thinking about it more. It only cofirms your skills in subtle details if she is a female and I got it right straight away despite the fact of not looking so obviously faminine.
